Data-Driven Marketer

Remote / Full Time

The role:

We’re looking for a seasoned performance marketer with experience leading cross-functional teams to build a data-driven marketing approach for our market-leading healthcare services client. The brand is growing rapidly – with plans to launch a first-of-its-kind oncology offering this year – and this role offers a major opportunity to impact company growth.

The right candidate will have a proven track record of establishing omni-channel marketing strategies, with a keen eye for data analysis and optimization. Experience managing teams and working with executive stakeholders will also help the right candidate succeed! 

What you’ll do

  • Lead a cross-functional team (creative, analytics, sales) to build a data-driven marketing approach to generate member activation. 
  • Lead customer journey mapping, identify key activation triggers, and key conversion metrics
  • Define multi-cadence outreach plan (including channels, objectives, and messages) based on the member contact information 
  • Develop creative briefs for campaign messaging and manage creative teams to execute accordingly.
  • Determine + advise on technology requirements to support campaign launch  and beyond
  • Launch the first version of the outreach campaign and establish baseline performance
  • Lead recommendations for iterations + optimizations using qualitative and quantitative data and hypotheses. 
  • Establish a sprint-based approach to drive iterative improvement in conversion with reporting to support learnings and improvements by sprint.
  • Develop and refine reporting framework and dashboards to clearly communicate performance to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering and data science partners to develop custom tools and strategies to maximize performance.
  • Continuously innovate the brand’s approach to performance marketing; proactively identify new opportunities for testing and growth.

About you


  • You’re a data-driven marketer with 5-7 years of relevant experience – bonus points for healthcare marketing experience!
  • You have strong quantitative skills and are comfortable conducting deep data analysis to inform strategy
  • You’re an expert in establishing, measuring, and optimizing omni-channel marketing strategies
  • You understand how to measure and maximize full-funnel performance
  • Finely-tuned communication skills; you must be an excellent communicator in all mediums with different personality types
  • Have team management experience coordinating and organizing project deadlines
  • A great attitude and a can-do spirit! You want to learn, grow and elevate those around you, and you’re the kind of person others want to work with.
