Sales Account Executive

Remote / Contract (40 hours/week, 3+ months)

The role:

We’re looking for an organized, tech-savvy Sales Account Executive to help our client’s in-house video studio develop best-in-class content that will thrill and engage potential consumers. In this role, you’ll collaborate with public service customers to expand the brand’s reach among its core audience. 

The right candidate will have the ability to build and nurture customer relationships with excellent communication skills, be comfortable presenting to potential customers, and bring a can-do spirit to the Sales team. 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a broad portfolio of customers to provide day-to-day support, with a focus on retention and engagement.
  • Conduct regular training webinars and calls
  • Prioritize and engage customers directly via cold calls, email, social postings, and more.
  • Learn and share industry best practices in order to solve customer needs.
  • Work with the brand’s Customer Success team, Sales team, and other cross-functional teams to manage customer escalation when needed.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience as sales-focused Account Executive 
  • Proven record of achieving goals and quotas
  • A history of successfully closing deals, growing relationships, and consistently hitting quota
  • Proactive, self-driven, and work towards the companies goals with high energy
  • Ability to work within a high-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and coordinating skills. Communication is key
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, One Drive, Monday.com. Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.!
  • A great attitude and a can-do spirit! You want to learn, grow and elevate those around you, and you’re the kind of person others want to work with.
